Hi Guys, So sorry that I took so much time to review my G5 Mechanical Massage & Body Contour Wrap at Spa Symphony. I was really caught up with work and kids but finally settled with them and could drop by Spa Symphony. The working mom really needs a ‘me’ time.
What is G5 Mechanical Massage?
G5 Massage is a mechanical massager that goes much deeper than the manual massage performed by a therapist. Different heads are used to mimic different massage techniques for greater results.G5 is excellent for toning, increasing circulation and to aid in the breakdown of fatty deposits and cellulite. Particularly good for back, shoulders, thighs, hips, buttocks and stomach.
Results of G5 on Body Fat:

The treatment itself is really relaxing. The massage head is driven by gyratory motions, moving round and round, up and down as well as side to side with pressure, providing a deep massage. After each session, my skin is really soft and as told by the therapist it helps to breakdown my fats and when applied with other slimming treatment, the results will be even better.
Next, the Body Contour Wrap,
Before wrapping, my therapist Stephanie will apply the fat burning cream. It helps to tighten the skin as well as burning fats away.
After applying the cream, you will feel a little warm sensation which is super comfortable and with the wrap on for 2hours it helps you to detox and improve lymphatic circulation.
This is how the after wrapped look like:
*Really unglam but it all hidden under the clothes. When I reached home, I really feel that I’m sweating inside so I took it off. The wrap is pretty wet. *
I am really happy with my slimming result so far. Look at my tummy 3months back!! Really so much difference and at least I feel much lighter now!
