Tui Na is a therapeutic massage used in ancient China that has been around for over 2,000 years. It combines the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) knowledge, to treat & heal the body ache.
This Chinese therapy make use of rhythmic compression techniques along different energy channels of the body to establish harmonious flow of "Qi" throughout the body and bringing it back to balance. It works deeply with the positive energy of the body.
Normal body massage works on superficial skin tissues to relax muscle tension, but with Tui Na, the therapist target on the accupoint point.

As i have been sitting in-front of the computer for a long time, and my neck and shoulder slowly getting so stiff and so uncomfort and i know what i need to relieve it.
Tui Na is not generally used for pleasure and relaxation but rather as treatment to address patterns of disharmony. So i would say that is it painful when the therapist target the areas to be treated. And after the treatment, i will feel sore but it doesn't last long and my shoulders and back feel much looser now!
After the Tui Na Massage, i feel so relaxed and so much that i wanted to just lie on my bed but no, i heading for Mani & Pedi which just opened next door.
The interior of nail spa is very well-renovated and feels cozy. On top of it, They also served free coffee & chamomile tea. Overall, it a truly pampering experience.
