Assist in various design projects undertaken by the Company.
Prepare layout plans, CAD drawing, Edit Illustrator/Photoshop and 3D drawings.
Good space planning, good design flair and knowledge in residential projects.
Provide creative input for design solutions.
Assist in implementing project plans according to schedules and budget.
Assist to search for materials, meeting with contractor.
Create and produce artwork for press advertisements, shopping guides, brochures, signage, banners, posters, mall directories, flyers, etc.
Assist in visual presentation and set-up as per approved concept, design or theme.
Performs any other duty as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Professional Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.
Preferably possess 2 years working experience in same capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, KD Max, Intericad, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Able to meet deadlines, confident and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Possess positive attitude, honest, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
