Direct marketing agency Itella Connexions recently moved into a new office space in Moscow which was designed by STATOM. In the Baltic company STATOM , working in Moscow, customer applied with the hope of understanding the Scandinavian style and the “Russian soul.” Because the team is mainly composed of young and creative people, then one of the requests was not dull and bright design. But priority when creating the project were employees comfort and functionality of the office.

In companies clearly understand their business processes, so immediately when developing TK decided to share office space in two parts with an electronic access: front office for visitors and back office – work area for employees. The first are the reception, cloakroom for visitors and meeting rooms, separated by movable walls. Workplace Secretary equipped kitchenette for meeting guests.

The second zone or back office – an open space for creative work team. Its highlight was the central core, painted in black – dark corridor, you can get all four office areas, each of which has its bright accents.

Corporate rules of even the CEO does not have the right to have a private room, so a solution was found to apply decorative colored walls, to at least partially separated from the guide open space.

The work area has several so-called silent room for negotiations and talks on the phone. And all the space open space divided into four separate parts, which creates a more comfortable environment for work and reduces the noise level.

Some design decisions in the business center were insufficiently elaborated in its design, such as the location of mines and risers. Nevertheless, these shortcomings managed to cope: decided not to close the low ceiling in work areas and keep communication open and to build toilets used sanitary pumps – it removed the problem of inconvenient location risers.
