In the “History” window, click Clear browsing data.

In the “Clear browsing data” window, click the drop-down menu under “Obliterate the following items from”, and select Beginning of time.

Select:

Cookies and other site and plug-in data.

Cached images and files.

Click Clear browsing data.

Restart Chrome.

Click Tools and select History.

Click Clear Recent History.

In the “Clear Recent History” window, in the “Time range to clear” drop-down menu and select Everything.

Click the down arrow next to “Details”.

Select:

Cookies

Cache

Active Logins

Click Clear Now.

Click Safari gear icon, and select History and Website Data.

In the “Clear” menu, select your desired frame.

Click Clear History button.

Restart Safari.

Download Adobe Flash Player.

Run the downloaded setup file.

Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Restart your computer.
