[OSEN=선미경 기자] BIGBANG’s stopover in Fukuoka as part of their Japan’s 6 largest Dome Tour fired up 100 thousand fans who gathered at Fukuoka Dome.

On Dec 7 and 8 for two days, BIGBANG held their BIGBANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2013-2014 in Fukuoka Yahoo Dome. This is the first 6 Dome Tour held by foreign artists, and the five members left the audience mesmerized with their dynamic performances carried out live.

The local fans were deeply impressed by BIGBANG’s effort to use flying stage, which the entire stage moves, and moving cars, to go near every single fan who was all spread out in the enormous Fukuoka Dome. Each member brought out their own color and charms to deliver their music in different ways.

Including the re-encore performances, BIGBANG performed for nearly 3 hours singing more than 30 songs, including 2009 Japan debut single ‘My Heaven’, and ‘Gara gara Go’, which won them the best new artist award, along with ‘Fantastic Baby’ and ‘Bad Boy.’ The three hours passed by without a minute of boredom.

The five members were able to communicate with the fans as they learned how to speak Japanese. It was later said that T.O.P and TAEYANG delivered some very humorous comments to the fans with their fluent Japanese skills.

Starting in Saitama Seibu Dome from Nov 16 to 17, BIGBANG moved on to Osaka Dome from Nov 29 to Dec 1, and now they just finished their third Dome in Fukuoka. At this Dome Tour including an extra concert in Osaka, BIGBANG will be travelling to 6 different cities to perform 16 times, joined by 770 thousand fans in total. This is an unprecedentedly large scale, which is attracting much attention from the local media.

Japanese personnel commented, “BIGBANG is heating up the Japanese fans as they move along the cities,” and added, “Last year they held one concert in Fukuoka, but they extended it to 2 days. Ticketing was fiercer than ever, with them being sold out immediately when there were limited-view seats included as well.”

WINNER, YG Entertainment’s new boy band, aroused attention by performing at the opening stage of BIGBANG’s concerts. BIGBANG will be continuing on with their Tour until Jan 13 next year.
