The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is part of Corporate Client Systems (CCS) and is responsible for managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions.

*Description*

The candidate will work as part of the CRM team to lead and manage the application support and project delivery for CRM Systems. The candidate will be responsible and fully accountable for the end to end management of the application services in charge. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in developing and delivering technical solutions in large volume financial systems. This role will participate in various design discussions, create solution design deliverables and develop technologies and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead, manage and drive the project delivery from the front by liaising with IT and Business stakeholders.

* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

* Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

* Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project

* Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

* Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

* Execute the project according to the project plan

* Conduct gate reviews with stakeholders and meet the milestones laid out for the project.

* Define the architecture to identify and develop the right solution to meet the business requirements and expectations.

* Design and develop solutions for our business partners using CRM Tools (Siebel, Salesforce). Responsibilities include the creation of conceptual approach, technical analysis, fit-gap assessment and design architecture and solution.

* Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

* Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.

* Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure it meets the Visa project and development methodology standards

* Ensure all financial records for the projects are up to date

* Promote DevOps, Agile and Lean delivery model to improve the speed and quality of delivery.

* Manage and collaborate with product vendors and systems integrators and deliver solutions on time and on budget.

* Work with enterprise and domain architects as needed to evolve strategies, policies, processes and procedures, blueprints and standards related to sales force platform, components and protocols.

* Drive for operational excellence to reduce the technical debt and be fully accountable for the end to end management of the services you are in charge.

* Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels

*Qualifications:*

* Experience with CRM software, specifically, Siebel and Salesforce.com and other AppExchange products, like Apttus Contract Management, Cash Price Quote. Prior experience in building or implementing Siebel, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud CRM solutions is a must.

* 10 years or more of project delivery experience in application development (e.g., software development/engineering delivery, development and implementation, delivery and design).

* Knowledge of project management and relevant certifications is a must

* Extensive experience with designing and building integrations to/from Siebel/Salesforce using web services.

* Knowledge of DevOps delivery model is preferred.

* Strong conceptual and analytic skills. Ability to design and build complex algorithms

* Experience in evaluating business requirements and turning them into technical designs.

* Able to work with teams in multiple geographical locations and time zones.

* Able to delegate tasks, motivate team and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.

* Experience with analytic techniques including process modeling, requirements elaboration, data modeling, and business use case and user interface prototyping.

* Business knowledge in the areas of CRM Systems and Operations is a must.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Able to communicate effectively with a broad group of stakeholders.

* Able to lead the team by example

* Able to manage and resolve conflicts and drive positivity among the team

* Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline; Master Degree preferred.
