**Job Summary**
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead for our Global Delivery Centre based in Bangalore, India\.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the Talent Acquisition Team for the Global Delivery Centre delivers a first class recruitment service working to international best practice standards and that the data integrity is consistently visible and accurate in real time\. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, India with responsibility for the overall leadership, development and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies that are aligned with AECOM’s goals, missions and values whilst supporting the recruitment, selection and hiring of qualified diverse talent\.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Will be hands on and actively source and fill requisitions at all levels\.\(Full lifecycle process\) Partnering with the Delivery Centre Leadership Team in order to understand the workforce needs from a skill level and geography perspective\.
+ Communicate to compensation and benefits when there are issues with hiring owing to relevant issues that are impacting the hiring activities\.
+ Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, India as well as the Managing Director for the Global Delivery Centre and recommend sourcing strategies with a focus on leveraging all available mediums in order to ensure a quality cost effective service is delivered\.
+ Responsible for aspects of leading the Delivery Centre Talent Acquisition Team including but not limited to performance management, hiring, coaching, development and load balancing\.
+ Lead critical hiring projects / mass hiring projects as and when required\.
+ Responsible for ensuring the data integrity of the team, reporting developments and delivery\.
+ Champion and advocate health and safety within the work environment, at all times reinforcing AECOM’s culture of safety, which also involves ensuring that the TA Team understand the importance of safety in and out of the work place\.
**Minimum Requirements**
Successful candidates will possess 8 \+ years of progressively responsible experience recruiting in some combination of in house and an agency environment, preferably within engineering\. A strong preference will be given to individuals who are able to demonstrate experience of working for a global firm as a successful recruiter in multiple geographies\.
The successful candidate will also display the following skills;

• The ability to present to large and small, internal and external groups\.
• Proficiency in web\-based recruiting systems and IT systems plus the use of social media tools
• A full understanding of international best practice recruitment

**Preferred Qualifications**
Internationally recognised degree in Human Resources, Business or similar\.
