You will be member of Product Engineering team delivering on strategic road\-map of an enterprise scale product\. The team imbibes Agile Values and Principles\. Responsibilities:
+ Work as an individual contributor in an Agile scrum team responsible for interfacing with various structured and unstructured data systems like Amazon S3, GDrive, Office 365, Oracle, MS SQL, Documentum, etc to be delivered in both cloud and on\-premise form factors\.
+ Design and develop modules in java using J2EE, AOP, Multi\-threading, advanced data structures in distributed, scalable systems\.
+ Provide technical inputs; develop, refactor, unit test product features and enhancements designed for usability, scale, performance, manageability, automation and supportability\.
+ Collaborate with various disciplines within engineering and outside such as product management, User experience, tech support and with customers to provide innovative solutions\.
+ Work with support and customers to resolve escalations, identify technical debt, influence product backlog and priorities\.
+ Author or facilitate technical decisions; incorporate feedback from peers and architects\.
+ Collaborate with management and work with peers and senior team members to help adopt agile development methodology in a distributed team
+ Develop broad product and domain knowhow as well as deep subject matter expertise in parts of the product\.
+ Help the team develop a culture of continuous improvement and bias for action\.
+ Generate IP for the company by filing patents\.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong academic record \(BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MS etc\.\)
+ Software development experience in an individual contributor role\.
+ Hands on experience in Java applications, Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Maven, etc\.
+ Hands on experience in concurrent programming, server side development, RESTful web services
+ Experience of working with APIs of unstructured and structured data systems like Amazon S3, GDrive, Office 365, Oracle, MS SQL, Documentum, etc for retrieval of large amounts of meta\-data along with experience of dealing with scale of such systems a definite plus
+ Experience of developing applications for deployment in cloud a plus
+ Ability to explore and learn new technologies independently with minimal supervision
+ Demonstrable experience in working in Agile scrum teams, familiarity with test driven development practice
+ Demonstrable experience in reading and developing working software per architecture designs
+ Demonstrable design skills and use of object oriented concepts in solving complex problems
+ Proven track record of strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Good Attitude and Integrity
