The HR Data Governance Platform Lead will define, create and maintain the end to end processes that will drive the efficient use of the new HR Data Governance platform. Along with maintaining the central Governance platform, this position will also drive the overall Governance for the new HR Data Lake environment including BI tools and infrastructure. This position will accelerate performance through the central standardization of workflows for data governance programs, identifying continuous opportunities to eliminate/reduce variation and continuous incremental improvement of Data Governance Platform as a service to all HR teams.

*Define and Operationalize Central Data Governance Platforms:*
• Work very closely with the relevant expert teams to enable the appropriate working functionalities for the Data Governance Platform, in line with the HR Data Governance strategy.
• Own and drive end to end feature delivery of the Data Governance Platform.
• Work with leaders to identify the strong KPIs for the Data Governance Platform.
• Manage the process for existing & future workflows/processes within Data Governance platforms to ensure smooth operation.
• Be one of the main point of contact for the creation of new workflows/processes within Data Governance platform.
• Manage audit process, measure adherence and provide feedback.

• Improve productivity by assisting the HR community in organizing, finding, sharing and reusing Data Governance knowledge from the platform.

*Be the driver of Data Governance for the Data Lake Platform & BI environments*
• Align with the Advanced Analytics team to create access governance for all areas within HR Data Lake.
• Maintain and administer security to the Data Lake and BI customer facing assets.
• Manage & monitor the usage of all data within the Data Lake & supporting BI environments.
• Liaise with the Data Governance Standards & Policies Controller to make sure we have all areas (access, data use, compliance of use, secure disposal, etc) covered with either a standard or a policy for the Data Lake & BI Environments.

· Drive lean logistics activities, including idea generation, prioritization process, results tracking, and reporting.
· Work with HR function teams to ensure standard driven processes are in place and to share best practices across teams.
· Work with key stakeholders to ensure new technology functionality is understood and optimized to ensure greatest value
· Work collaboratively with HR function team leads to identify improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, etc.
· Lead and manage continuous improvement activities, ensuring that we have the processes, organization, and technology required to meet HR Data Governance Platform needs.
· Collaborate with key stakeholder to better understand joint opportunities to improve the simplification of processes and promote time savings through improved logistics processes and capabilities.

*Qualifications & Experience:*
· Bachelor's Degree required; 8-10 years of relevant experience in Six Sigma or Lean processes; strategic planning and development, project management, and process development.**
· Experience with Data Management/Data Governance tools is a plus but not crucial.**
· 3-5 years Data Management or Analytics experience desired.**
· 3-5 years Data Governance experienced desired.**
