+ Should be able to perform system IPL's, Reply to WTOR's, Perform HMC functions, Take action on system alerts/messages, Perform checklists, Monitor SLA regions
What you’ll do
+ Should have Strong knowledge on Siebel Tools and Siebel Application.* L1/L2 Support within the ITIL Framework* Ready to work in 24*7 shift model along with Rotational Weekoffs.* Hands on experience in Proactive Application and system Monitoring in Siebel.* Hands on experience on Trouble shoot Siebel application related problems on production* Experience on Incident Analysis and Resolution for all Production incident Cases related to Siebel BO App.* Test the resolution for Production issues on a pre-production representative environment.* Strong Siebel CRM Knowledge(Work flow, e-Script, Configuration and EAI)
