**Description**
**Position Purpose :**
The responsibilities of this position is to ensure the efficiency in execution of Export\-Import operations for various business/Enterprises \. This role requires the individual to lead and coordinate Export\- Import Documentation, Shipping Lines, other operations processes The Team lead\- Shipment Execution work on enhancing the ,Customer service and quality management, Personnel development, and operations efficiency to the highest possible standard and meets the company's expectations\. The ability to identify, develop, coach and train local talents for future leadership positions is required\. Additional to that This candidate will be part of a team responsible for Carrier Support for multiple Business Units using SAP and other Transportation systems\. The Lead will troubleshoot issues by coordinating with carriers, other CTL teams, and BUs to facilitate timely delivery of product by efficient planning The ability to identify, develop, coach and train local talents for future leadership positions is required The Team Lead may coordinate work streams for other CTL team members at CBS sites\.
**Principal Accountabilities :**
+ Actively participate in migration process \- 20%
+ Co\-ordination of shipments execution through coordination with sellers/buyers/ ocean transportation and supervision co \(all located at different overseas locations across various location \- 50%
+ Handling shipping documentation with Suppliers/Buyers/Bank under agreed terms and conditions \- 10%
+ Regular and proper execution follow\-up with Suppliers/Buyers /Carrier \- 10%
+ To perform all administrative activities in accordance to current policies and procedures \- 5%
+ To enter data timely and accurately in compliance to current policies and procedures \- 5%
+ Actively participate in CTL transformation and process improvement \(Post migration\) \- Post Migration\.

**Qualifications**
Education, Experience,Skills:
+ Minimum 5 yrs\. of college degree inany field \(preferably Biz management, Export/Import Documentation & foreign Trade/ Supply chain \)
+ Excellent Communication Skills –Written and Verbal
+ Computer proficiency, Analytical tools \(Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel and Word\.
+ Excel etc\.\)
+ Minimum 5\-8 yrs\. of experience in export/import operations
+ Willing to travel
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions in the business\.
+ Effective decision making and problem solving
**Minimum 5\-8 yrs\. of experience in export/import operations \( Ocean/Truck /Rail movement\) – from one of the** **following, Logistics, Liner Operations global account management, International Trading House\.**

Master’s degree with focus in Transportation & Logistics, Finance or International Trade
