Participates in the day-to-day operations of a retail store in order to meet objectives in various jobs such as sales associate and department manager Maximizes performance, profitability, efficiency and sales of the store Plans selling space to achieve optimum profitability Maintains sales records for inventory control Ensures that standards for pre- and after-sales customer service are implemented
