**Description**
Ø Interact with production planner and sales to understand demand forecast drivers.
Ø Raise Purchase orders from SAP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.__
Ø To release orders to supplier and getting delivery schedules from Supplier.
Ø Getting commitment from supplier to Track the material every day through mails and calls.
Ø Manage Kanban system and discuss every day in store about Kanban card triggering and material shortage and Critical materials follow.
Ø Communicated to supplier about our Kanban system and Kanban qty.
Ø Maintaining and Monitoring Inventory control within target.
Ø Send Rolling Forecast to supplier every month as per demand.
Ø Visit supplier end every month for discuss the materials planning and maintaining good relationship with supplier.
Ø Maintaining Supplier Score Card and record supplier OTD.
Ø If having material supply issue from supplier intimate to sourcing team for improve the supplier.
Ø To attend Daily Gemba/Kanban/ material review meetings every day.
Ø To intimate & organizing pickup every day to all the Local suppliers.
Ø To organize Milk run pickup for Local suppliers.
Ø Maintain 2 Bin systems in B&C class items. Maintain Multi card all theA class itesm.
Ø Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements.
Ø Review historical data including sales trends, research demand drivers, material on time delivery, commodity spends within dedicated production cell. Coordinate research data to identify significant variances. Share, communicate and report on variances to both internal and external supply chain.
Ø Interact with production planner and sales to understand demand forecast drivers
Ø Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase outs.
Ø Reporting gathered information within production meeting environment.
Ø Working with demand and forecast incorporating current and accurate information to allow the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide supply chain with appropriate information to allow planning on how to meet demand.
Ø Improved relationships among production planners, sales, production supervisors and quality which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and optimizing the forecast to better guide the company.
Ø Excellent systems and methods to continually improve forecast allowing the company to better anticipate customer needs.
Ø Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand.

l Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
l 5 to 8 years related purchasing/buyer experience.
l Experience as a buyer is strongly recommended.
l Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent oral and written English
l Problem solving skills
l Expert in Excel, PPT etc.
