**Role Summary/Purpose**

The role is to Serve as a Architect for Oracle ERP platforms to support all of GE Appliances with Manufacturing & Supply Chain application technologies. Implement solutions leveraging standard Oracle applications technology to drive simplification and reusability. The scope includes Oracle supported applications, which include Oracle EBS R12 Mfg modules.

**Essential Responsibilities**

* Lead and/or drive supply chain solution design in Oracle EBS

* Lead and/or develop business requirements analysis and mapping

* Lead and/or develop technical solution design

* Drive thorough test cases, unit testing and integrated testing

* Develop the build knowledge transfer with Ops team to deploy and support the solution

* Perform trouble shooting and break-fix for all defects

* Lead and participate in evaluating requirements, clearly identify and articulate business objectives and develop ERP architectures to meet needs

* Participate and lead the full lifecycle of Supply Chain ERP project efforts. Develop and document a technology MVP (minimum viable product) strategy through collaboration in GE and Oracle.

* Participate in Oracle supply chain upgrade and patching efforts

* Ensure that all of the products and data within the platform are designed / integrated as a cohesive unit, ensuring proper documentation

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science

• Minimum 7+ years of IT experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience collaborating with teams

• Ability to understand and merge business needs with technology to deliver quality solutions and drive simplification

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects and global teams

• Effective verbal and written communication skills within IT and with business clients.

• Work effectively with technical peers and business partners

**Desired Characteristics**

• Implementation experience with Oracle EBS (INV, MFG, PO, OM), Oracle ASCP / Demantra

• Understanding of MES Platform, hands on experience is great

• Deep understanding of supply chain, industry standards and industry best practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including, design discussion, proof of concept / prototype analysis and process design documentation

• Experience with Agile project management methodologie

• Expert Level of SQL

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• Implementation experience and the ability to recommend business solutions
