Job Title:*Software Design Engineer*
*Key Responsibility*
· Design, plan and implementation of test cases, requirement based verification. Test script and test harness development and maintenance.
· Daily management of CI. Reporting to various project stakeholders.
· Provide testing expertise, including building up and maintaining test scripts and test harness.
· Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents. Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis is desired.
· Create and execute test cases based on the system requirements specifications to ensure proper operation.
· Testing and verification of components, including module test and target test of new features as well as regression target test for release.
· Perform static analysis of source code using complexity metrics.
· Ensuring full compliance with relevant work practices, as required by authorities for medical device product development
· Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system..
**Qualification**
· BE/BTech or MS in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent.
· 8 years relevant experience, Certification in testing tools or testing skills desirable.
· Must have relevant experience in manual SW Test execution. Good knowledge of C# and capable creating Automation Frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with MS tools and technologies such as Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), TFS.
· Knowledge of SQL, Reporting service, Windows server, MSI, WMI and MMC
· Experience of working in agile development methodologies with understanding of several aspects of SW development processes.
· Possess good analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities.
· Technical knowledge and experience, ideally in areas of software development for clinical and medical device development.
