Position Description

* End-to-end performance engineering services

* Performance Engineering Bottleneck analysis and benchmarking

* Performance Testing Tool Feasibility

* Performance Testing as a Service (TaaS) & Pay as you Go service options

* Performance Testing Framework Development

* Performance Test Suite Development & Maintenance

* Application performance monitoring

* Minimum 10 – 12 Years Performance Testing and Benchmarking Experience.

* Gathered Performance Test requirements from the client and designed Performance test scenarios.

* Test Leadership, strategic planning implementation, Performance Test Strategy & Test Plan Creation, Test Estimation during planning sessions, building solution

* Strong knowledge of performance tools - HP Load Runner, HP Performance Centre and other standard and open source tools

* Strong knowledge of Monitoring tools (HP Site Scope, HP Diagnostics)

* Identify, Debug and clearly articulate performance related issues / defects and share recommendations.

* Ability to provide support in pre-sales, sales, marketing teams, developing client specific solution offerings and resonation material in Performance Testing & engineering.

* Ability to develop proposals for Performance CoE set up for clients, presenting solution approach to clients.

* Ability to manage Performance Testing & engineering Service within Testing CoE using HP Performance Center/ LoadRunner/ MS VSTS including the following activities:\

o Directing/identifying volume/stress/performance testing solutions, scheduling, tracking, measuring of Performance testing and test results

* Presenting Performance Testing & Engineering completion certification to the client including observations, risks & Recommendations
