**About Finance and Risk Operations \(FRO\) Strategy and Execution:**
Finance and Risk Operations \(FRO\) is a part of Citi Shared Services \(CSS\), and is responsible for delivering Financial, Regulatory and Risk Reporting solutions to all of Citi businesses and regions through four global Citi Service Centers \(CSCs\), located strategically in Tampa \(USA\), Manila \(Philippines\), Mumbai \(India\) and San Jose \(Costa Rica\)\. FRO is a key business partner to Citi Finance as well as the Risk organization, and has over 1,900 employees performing functions including Financial Systems Operations, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Operational Accounting, GAAP & US Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Treasury Reporting, Basel Operations, and FP&A\. As part of its growth strategy, FRO is actively working with Finance and Risk organizations to deliver transformational solutions through common standards, platforms and processes managed out of its shared services centers\.
Strategy and Execution \(S&E\) is a global team with about 38 professionals, situated across multiple FRO locations, driving strategic ideas and facilitating effective and efficient working of FRO processes, programs and centers, covering a broad spectrum of financial and operational responsibilities\. The team is responsible for ensuring financial control, managing the budget & forecasting process, customer charge\-out/allocations and recoveries, strategic business analysis, driver based results analysis, migrations management \(including Right Placement\), Operations management \(including Metrics and Balanced Scorecard\), SDM strategy, Talent and Training, Resource and Location strategy, Executive Reporting, including MOR/Business Reviews, Communications, VOE, and development of standard practices and their global compliance\.
The team’s goal is to ensure smooth running of FRO organization, through standardized management programs, consistent global execution, accuracy of business forecasts, and driving decisions based on solid business analysis\. The S&E resources are required to possess very broad and diversified skills and experience, coupled with core financial acumen, strong analytical mindset, operations management expertise, and good FRO product understanding\.
**Role Outline/Job Summary:**
This position is to support a growing FRO CSC in all aspects of Communication and Event Management\. This includes management of the following:
+ Communications for the Center, including emails, internal blogs, notices and announcements and updating Communication Boards
+ Event Coordination and Management, including Procurement and Vendor Invoice Payment Processing
+ Managing Training and related MIS
+ Any other administrative work related to Center Management
+ The position will also need to support any other Management Programs that the Strategy and Execution team manages
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Communications for the Center
+ Running the Talent Assessment Center for FRO
+ Managing Hiring status and internal job postings for the center
+ Event Coordination and Management
+ Managing Talent Programs and Initiatives for the Center
+ Managing Training and related MIS
+ Visitor Management
+ Management Programs: Rewards and Recognition Coordination, Best in Class Site Management, etc\.
+ Any other activities related to Strategy and Execution
**Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities:**
+ Drafting and Reviewing Announcements, Teasers, Corporate Communication, Internal Blogs, etc\.
+ Creating and managing reports and presentations for the Center
+ Reviewing Communication Boards
+ Writing and editing Corporate blogs on behalf of the center
+ Manage Training Logistics for external/high profile trainings
+ Any other administrative work related to Center Management
+ Any other activities related to Strategy and Execution
### Qualifications

+ Prior experience of managing talent and communications in a large enterprise, preferably a bank or financial services company
