**Description**
This position will act as the Asia Pacific regional lead within the Global Legal Solutions organization and serve as the site manager for legal in the CSC Mumbai location.
The individual in this position will report to the Head of Global Legal Solutions (GLS), with a matrix line to the Asia Pacific Regional General Counsel.Through partnership with senior management, HR, Finance, and other GLS functional leads, this individual will provide senior level leadership and execution support across the 5 core GLS functions: Technology Strategy, Business Management, Continuous Improvement, Outside Counsel Strategy and Legal Invoice Operations.
**Responsibilities:**
·Develop strategic business plans in partnership with the Asia Regional General counsel
·Prepare executive level presentations
·Responsible for all facets of the annual financial planning process and periodic re-forecasting processes, liaising with Finance and Human Resources, as appropriate.
·Participate in the planning and implementation of various reengineering initiatives.Act as the Asia Pacific champion for GLS sponsored technology and strategic initiatives.
·Liaise with GLS Operations staff on invoice & client resolutions and on reporting and general administration.
·Provide CSC site management for all legal staff located in the Mumbai CSC.
·Oversee the transition, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and mentoring of CSC Legal staff.Ensure availability and delivery of common and ongoing training.
·Coordinate with appropriate site infrastructure teams (CSC leadership, real estate, technology, security etc.) to ensure seamless site operations.
