The Team
Learner Programs team provides Program Management as a services across all learning functions within Cisco.
Our Clients generally lead the program needs analysis, design and development with our team in a consulting role.
Our team leads the program implementation and evaluation.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to team with internal and external clients to deliver high quality learning programs.
Programs can be focused in areas such as building professional skills, driving technical proficiency, and building leadership capabilities.
Programs designed to bring new and experienced leaders and employees to maximum productivity in role.

Role & Responsibilities
● Planning: Define and validate program scope, create program plan & schedule, select & apply standards (e.g.
delivery process/procedures, roles & responsibilities, operational norms, compliance), identify risks to program success & create mitigation plans, and define metrics for program success.
Manage all program issues, including necessary escalations.

● Delivery: Manage program integration and delivery process, project plan, delivery schedule, documentation, PM staff & partners, scope, communications and budgets.
Drive completion of the program, and mentor other team members
● Stakeholder and Learner management: Manage stakeholder and learner relationships and develop and execute communication plan.
Develop & distribute program level reports, including Quarterly Business Reviews to clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrate alignment to business strategies, contributions to training ROI and drive defined impact of training programs
● Change Management: Drive change by identifying impacts of the program, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training
● Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program results against success metrics.
Recommend or implement changes to processes, resources, and solutions to gain productivity and improve end product.
Accountable for Tracking & Achieving Performance Metrics.
Manage service level agreement standards and ensure consistent high level of training•
● Vendor management: Manage learning partner relationships, delivery schedule and delivery performance
● Develop and monitor spending against the budget.
Develop and Manage Learning Partners contracts as necessary (SOW, Agreements)
● Collaborate with team members and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities
● Must possess the vision and tough-mindedness to effectively manage cross-functional teams within a matrix structure that requires influencing at all levels, both internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications
● A Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, human resources, business administration or liberal arts or equivalent competence obtained through experience, coursework or training.

● Requires 5+ years Program Management experience, preferably in Learning & Development or Program Management Office
● Proven record of successfully managing learning programs and program management issues
● Must be a self-starter, possess excellent organization skills, and have the aptitude to define operational learning program requirements and implement necessary processes and procedures to support those requirements
● Creativity and innovation enabling him/her to challenge current practices and ways of thinking about global learning program implementation and management

Desired Skills
● Associate's Certificate in project management preferred
● PMP certification preferred
