The Head of Human Resources will serve as a strategic business partner to Kronos senior leadership in APAC and the USA. This individual will provide direct leadership and direction to the APAC Human Resources team.  Priorities for the position are to deliver Human Resources strategy, programs and initiatives in support of Kronos growth and improvement in APAC. The Head of HR will report to the VP of HR for Kronos, Inc. (based in the USA). The individual selected for this position will be a proven change agent able to lead and manage change at all levels of the organization.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in foundational HR processes and functions, strategy development and operational execution, all aligned with the overall objectives of the business. The Head of HR must possess significant experience working remotely for a multi-national company.

* Proven business leader with minimum 15 years experience in a HR leadership position.
o Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data to identify trends and recommend business solutions.
o Broad business experience from an operating and management perspective, including HR support of rapid growth of business operations.
o Skilled executive facilitator who possesses the ability to create an environment of collaboration with leadership from all functional areas of the organization.
o Strong strategic planning skills with bias for results/action.
o Ability to lead an organization in strategizing, implementing & measuring the people programs necessary to maximize the corporation’s business objectives.

* **Responsibilities*:

* Lead and enhance the HR organization in delivering world class talent management programs and solutions to the company.
* Ensure Human Resources strategies and initiatives are in alignment with all global short- and long-term business goals for all functional areas.
* Create and drive metrics to assess Kronos Human Capital, through reviews and surveys to assess the overall health of the organization. Ensure review and survey results are translated into action plans that are executed within each functional area.
* Conceive and execute on strategies that improve employee satisfaction, retention and engagement across APAC.
* Lead the activities of HR staff in delivering “Best in Class” HR services across all APAC business units
* Ensure consistent and thorough administration of the company’s performance management process throughout the organization.
* Champion a culture that conveys a sense of purpose and direction, vision and shared values; giving others the opportunity to grow and achieve.

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, or related field preferred. Masters degree preferred.
* Articulate, diplomatic, communicator with excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
* Previous organizational/functional ownership responsibility.
* Previous experience driving an India based HR organization.
