RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide peer review on existing methodologies and frameworks.

* Support the organization in articulating the agile vision.

* Support the creation of the Transformation Plan to deliver the agile vision.

* Define what success looks like for the engagement.

* Define what roles should be in place to create lasting change.

* Assess the culture of a team or organization and delivery processes in place to identify improvements and facilitate these improvements with the right type of support.

* At organization level, executive coaching on the fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design.

* Coaching and mentoring new and established Agile teams

* Providing training and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on how to effectively implement Scrum and Agile practices

* Working closely with other Agile Coaches both on-site and globally to ensure consistent delivery of mentoring and coaching

* Conducting Agile workshops and training classes

* Acting in a consultant role to provide one on one coaching and mentoring to teams and team members

* Creating new and innovative ways to help teams achieve great results

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Preferred

* Nice to have Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) and any Scaled Agile Certifications like SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist

Experience:

* At least 1 year experience coaching multiple teams as an Agile Coach

* At least 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master

* At least 10 years of overall experience in IT

* At least 6 months of hands on experience in industry leading agile tools such as Rally, VerionOne, Jira-Agile, Mingle etc.

Desirable characteristics

* An Agile mindset, passionate above Agile/Scrum Values and helping foster organizational change and transformation

* Experience with globally distributed teams

* Someone able to work with minimal supervision

* Leadership skills

* Flexible to learn and strong believer and implementer of Continuous improvement

* Must be comfortable in switching role from Coach to Trainer and vice versa

* Excellent communication skills
