- Meeting and following up for new business with current and new customers.
- Exploring new markets and customers
- Meeting and following up with current customers for ongoing business
- Update and communicate market & technology trends, competition info,etc to the concerned in the organization
- Quarterly business reviews with customers
+ Prepare sales plan, forecasts and reports on regular basis; make sales calls, handle distributors enquiries and promote products to distributors and the end customers according to company policies;; and follow up goods delivery with Customer Service, beat competition and achieve bill/book target.
+ Report product weaknesses; and coordinate with Customer Service and CQS to handle customer complaints/quality rejects/delivery issues according to company policies in order to maintain customer satisfaction
+ Follow up account receivables (AR) in order to clear AR balances.
+ Monitor inventory to satisfy the big potential end customers.
+ Learn and study market trends; gather customers, competitors and new technology information in order to help the team develop/update sales plan and modify sales activities to meet changing market conditions.
+ Coordinate with PM and PE to promote T E products to customers.
+ Create and maintain business relationship with internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.
+ Coordinate with supporting team in other departments such as Product Management, Product Engineering, procurement and operation in order to meet customer requirements.
+ Minimum 4 years successful sales in ADM type customers or similar
+ Minimum 4 years in managing key accounts.
+ Experience in the technical aspects of wires and cables, harness, connectors, relays.
+ Previous account management experience at industrial customers
+ Ability to supervise and lead the sales process for multiple projects
+ Ability to effectively deliver sales management in terms of forecasting, customer reports and setting strategy to grow revenues at all accounts under supervision
+ Competence to coordinate technical assets with the engineering team with in TE.
+ Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
