**Job Description:**
This is a QE opportunity working on an emerging Converged/Hyper converged infrastructure product - VMware Cloud Foundation in ISBU. You will be working with a top notch team who got a strong track record of delivering number of critical VMware products.

Role:
As a member of the team you will be working on testing a scalable, data center-wide distributed management system software to deliver on the promise of automated provisioning, deployment, and operations of the data center infrastructure. You will closely work with developers, QEs and PMs to deliver quality releases.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Design, implement and execute test plan against the core components of Vmware Cloud Foundation
- Automate functional and end to end test cases using Java and python and integrate into Continuous Integration Framework
-Understand and integrate third party products and components to work seamlessly with the software.
-Ensure that proposed and existing architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
-Find product defects and follow up to closure
- Develop innovate solutions in testing Converged and Hyper Converged Infrastructure domain.
Position Requirements
• University degree in the field of computer science/engineering or information systems (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6+ years’ work experience with 4+ years of System Software development experience.
• Proven experience in the Hardware management of servers, storage appliances, and network switches
• Proven experience in VMware technologies vSphere, vCenter, NSX etc.
• Experience in Converged infrastructure (example:VCE), Openstack, Docker, BigData and other cloud native application is huge plus
• Network architecture including L2 and L3 protocols for routing, multi-link aggregation, QoS, and security
• Exposure to distributed software systems including use of utilities such as Apache Zookeeper, Cassandra, Cages, and related projects highly desirable
• Hand-on technical experience in Java/J2EE, Python & PowerCLI Scripting.
• Experience in implementing integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON etc.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Motivated and self-driving personnel.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
