About Automation Control Division (ACS)
One of the large strategic business groups in Honeywell with 2500 employees across 50 cities, 185,000 sq ft manufacturing, design & engineering facilities. Some of our businesses and products are

The training programme

Engineering graduate with 1- 4 years of experience in Project / Channel / Product sales with varied industries & Open for relocation to another city within region / India
Role expectation
§Relevant experience in industry comparable to Honeywell products and lines of business
§High level influencing & negotiation skills
§Strong presentation and communication skills
§Ability to work in a team environment with limited direct supervision
§Working knowledge of Honeywell competitors within the market, both business practices and products/solutions
§Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix team environment
§Customer focused and results driven, and be a self-starter
§Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual financial booking and gross margin targets
§Meet or exceed quota for advanced payment collections to support working capital goals
§Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
§Be an active member of the sales team, assisting other team members as needed, to achieve team goals
§Provide market feedback on product information, competitive product data, market pricing, etc to the leadership team
§Manage Territory and Account, Execute plans and Strategies
§Manage Customer Relationships and Account Development
§Execute customer specific pursuit plans and annual customer facing business reviews
§Drive Growth in the form of new opportunities at existing sites
§Achieve Revenue and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan
§Responsible for Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in region / segment
