As a HR Ops Specialist, the candidate is responsible to provide end to end support on India HR Administration processes, and would also be responsible for managing the off-boarding process end to end across all business units.

Ensure on time follow through with employees, stakeholders and closure of exit cases - issuing the Full and Final Settlement and the relieving letter
Responsible for accurate tracking and reporting of transactions processed through in CRM - Salesforce, KPIs- TAT, Accuracy, and C-sat
Ensure on time processing of employee / HRG / Managers requests – (Payroll Input, Awards, Letter Requests, Employee File Management, Employment Verification, Leave Requests, Non-Core Benefits – Car Administration, FBP Issues & Inquiries)
Facilitate and Conduct the day one on boarding for all new joiners (regular employees, Third party guests, contract workers)
Manage the logistics that is required for the on boarding – schedule calendar appointments to facilitators, report out in advance the expected new joiners
Ensure 100% compliance – with respect to Employee P-Files and the mandatory requirements prior to on boarding of employees
Escalate on time to SME/ TL / Ops Managers and Staffing in the event of any challenge or break down of the process
On time input to Payroll ensuring the new joiners pay / benefits not impacted
Investigate and resolve Tier 1 issues and inquiries resolution
Interact and co-ordinate with support teams, Vendors, HRG’s Staffing and HRIT to resolve issues & inquiries , demonstrating high level of accountability/ownership with the utmost send of urgency
Use the escalation matrix to quickly and efficiently escalate issue
Be part of huddles, team meetings and one on one as and when required
Proactively communicate process updates to the team and ensure process documents / Standard Work Instructions/Process Maps are up to date
Attend conference calls on the processes that are supported on the floor as and when appropriate
Be part of & drive Honeywell Operating System (HOS) improvement work stream initiatives from – Waste Management, RPS, BIQ for improvising India HR Admin processes

2-4 Yrs of experience - Should have worked in a Shared Services environment (NO HR Generalist or HR Coordinators)
Graduate or a Post Graduate in any stream
Excellent communciation skills, to engage with different stakeholders (Employees, Manager, HRGs, Support functions - IT, Admin, Finance)
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Effective verbal and written communication.
Quick learner & ability to handle work pressure.
Good team player & self motivator.
Flexible with shifts
Exposure to PeopleSoft (Job / Comp & Ben – Pages)
Hands on experience of CRM (Siebel, Talisma, Sales Force)
