VMware End User Computing: Do you want to work on some of the most exciting aspects of delivering applications to end user in real time and accessing applications and/or desktops from the cloud to any device \(mobile or desktop\), and work with some of the strongest engineers in kernel development and application delivery?
As a Product Owner in our User Environment Manager team, you will be responsible for definition and delivery of multiple parts of a large product , working across a number of teams and involved in understanding product from market requirements, managing priorities from a variety of stakeholders, breaking it down into stories in a backlog and working with the team day to day to ensure a high quality delivery of the requirements\. The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years experience in this role with nearby teams, and/or working across geographies and time zones\.
The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Project Manager, Core Development teams, Quality Teams, Release Manager and will also interact with other teams where needed such as the Usability team\.

Responsibilities:
Work with multiple stakeholders including internal and external and define market requirements
Analyze & define stories based on market requirements and prioritize these stories\.
Break\-down large stories into smaller well defined stories with clear acceptance criteria\.
Coach development team questions and resolve conflict regarding features and requirements\.
Communicate these requirements to development teams\. Achieve commitments with and motivate development teams, assist development teams in attaining maximum effective sustainable pace for development
Ensure quality by evaluating results of iterations and either approve/ accept or reject results based on DONEness criteria
Support effort estimations of development teams
Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items
Keyskills
Excellent experience in understanding Product Development Life Cycle
Experience in Product Management
Very good understanding in Scrum Methodologies
Experience in Virtualization and user environment management is highly desirable\.
Understands product architecture and evaluate deliveries for ‘done’ness\.
Experience in core development based on languages and/or full stack development
Understands Project Management
Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in product owner/ management role
Qualification: A Bachelors / masters degree in engineering and / or business administration
