Citi India franchise is the leading foreign bank in the country offering full suite of banking products in India. In the recent past Citi in line with its strategy to follow a shared services model for common processing activities, providing quality performance and cost savings to businesses and functions across the globe and India has been chosen to host multiple multi-functional COE’s. India CSC’s are growing at a fast pace now hosts 6000 HC working across five strategic sites. Overall Citi India hosts 13,000 and growing.
The franchise Head of Talent Management is responsible for all aspects of Talent Management, including the implementation of key processes related to talent review, succession planning, diversity, and individual development strategies across each of the business/function for the India franchise. This position involves understanding business and function needs and translating them into an executable talent management strategy and leading the execution of this strategy in collaboration with our business, HR and talent and diversity partners in India, across the region and globally.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Talent Management:*
* Craft and implement the talent agenda for the franchise in partnership with the Country HR Officer and other Senior HR Advisors
* Provide consulting services as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for India HR team and oversee programs and activities related to talent processes and practices
* Lead the talent review processes for the India franchise, including preparation for the CEO country review
* Lead the performance management process for the franchise with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
* Work with HR Advisors and regional talent teams to implement integrated solutions which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning, and executive development programs for the executive population
* Support the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
* Liaise with Learning and Development COE for design and execution of various develop interventions impacting the above mentioned population
* Develop and manage the talent database and associated metrics
*Culture/Organization Development:*
* Lead the Voice of Employee (VOE) survey for the franchise
* Partner with the Citi India VOE task force to implement and support action planning emerging out of the annual survey
* Partner closely with Senior HR Advisors to develop and implement various organization development interventions that impact the business and people outcomes
*Diversity:*
* Implement and support Citi talent and diversity initiatives for the India franchise in partnership with the India Diversity council
* Partner closely with Senior HR Advisors and regional diversity team to develop and execute short and long-term HR strategies to grow and develop talent and continue to broaden the diversity agenda
* Create diversity action plans working with the Sr. HR Advisors and senior business leaders to address any areas of opportunity and drive diversity throughout the organization
*Entry Level Campus (MA) Program Management:*
* Lead the India campus strategy for building entry level program for all business/ function various entry level programs across the franchise in partnership with Senior HR Advisors
* Work with Campus Recruitment team to onboard talent as per the strategy defined
* Lead program management (onboarding, rotations, training, exposure and engagement) for the franchise programs

*Knowledge/Experience/Technical Skills:*
* Complete understanding of business organization, preferably BFSI sector with strong analytical/strategic mindset
* MBA/Masters in HR, OD or psychology preferred
* Overall 12 -15years of experience majority of which should be in HR Business partnership and talent management roles and exposure to and demonstrated competence in other functional areas
* In-depth experience of Talent management and Organization development practices

* Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments
* Detail-oriented with a logical and methodological approach to problem solving
