Job title: Transformation Project Manager, Global Technology and Operations \(GTO\), GCBS, Reconciliation Transformation

**JOB SUMMARY:**

+ Reconciliation Transformation Program has a requirement for a project manager to support the continuous improvement work stream within CB&S\-GTO
+ Manage and work closely on delivery of all the components of project, including the platform migration on\-boarding front to back business, across reconciliation footprint for the bank\.
+ Work with closely with regional and global transformation team, and conduct deep dive data analysis and drive various projects\.
+ Interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all the dimensions of the program rollout are in conjunction with the plan and schedule
+ Conduct detailed process review and data analysis to suggest process enhancement
+ Challenge current processes and align to the success measures of the program to deliver process efficiencies that are sustainable
+ Manage escalations and ensure resolutions on or before time
+ Plan and manage risks and detail mitigation strategies
+ Roll out STP improvement projects, reduction of aged breaks and support setting up of governance reviews within product lines\.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Managing several concurrent projects – all the streams in scope of the program
+ Creation of continuous improvement projects BOW within Reconciliations\.
+ Responsibility for the ‘on\-time delivery’ of projects to time and cost
+ Manage scope of deliveries, manage expectations and ensure clear and concise communication to sponsors, team members and other stakeholders
+ Project tracking for the related work stream
+ Risk and issue management
+ Act as a point of contact for issues with work stream delivery and subsequent interface with the support team
+ Interface with upstream data providers, both in terms of development deliverables and issue escalation
+ Work with multiple, distributed teams, leveraging resources in other teams

+ Work closely with the Reconciliation Program Manager and program team to ensure efficient delivery
+ Proactively question and challenge processes and key stakeholders to identify areas of potential inefficiency\.
+ Ensures well articulated and timely communication with the stakeholders \- clients, teams and peers
+ Adheres to service delivery agreements and maintains critical delivery parameters by tracking and monitoring them\.
+ Maintains customer focus, provides value addition to stakeholders and ensures prioritization of tasks to manage costs; works collaboratively with all parties to resolve potential conflicts
+ Reporting on overall program status, outstanding milestones, Issues, risks and dependencies

**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Demonstrable adherence to the Bank’s Values and Beliefs
+ Strong Process/ change management experience with an exposure to control practices
+ Six Sigma and Lean trained and certified
+ Expert knowledge in creating MI, Project charters, MS Project and Excel
+ Inquisitive and probing approach to problem solving and general assessment
+ Ability to remain objective and to independently raise areas of risk exposure, while maintaining an effective working relationship with the line and other areas within DB
+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and always with professionalism
+ Strong ability to identify process efficiencies, suggest improvements and implement where feasible
+ Good analytical skills, high attention to detail,
+ Good verbal and written communication skills with experience of reporting to senior management
+ Good ability to interact with, collaborate, communicate and influence individuals at all levels
+ Experience managing a team, providing direction to junior members of the team and developing top talent
+ Ability to be open minded, share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
+ Good presentation skills – reporting and classroom sessions
+ Effective problem solving, decision making capability and leadership qualities

**Professional and personal qualifications**

+ 3\+ years of project and programme delivery in one or multiple locations
+ 2\+ years of experience in working on change the bank/financial industry projects
+ Implementation of project methodologies and processes\- industry qualification\-Six Sigma/LEAN/PMP
+ Ability to work & deliver in demanding environment to meet the set target
+ Good communication, networking and influencing skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Team player, highly motivated, practical problem solver
+ Masters Degree level education \- preferred
+ Strong leadership, motivational and management skills
+ Ability to meet commitments and deadlines whilst maintaining quality
