* Purpose of new hire is to ensure the success of Data Visualization stream within OSKAR, Reference Data Technology Team, which includes delivering strategic reporting and business intelligence (BI) Qlikview dashboards catering Wholesale Client Onboarding and Global Reference Data Operations Programs.
* Support SAP BO Universe and Report deliveries related to Client Due Diligence and other Onboarding Projects across Client and Accounts Reference Data
* Lead key dashboard projects from a Qlikview development perspective, with particular focus on dashboard data model optimization, new dashboard design/development and ongoing improvements to existing dashboards
* Interface directly with stakeholders and provide consultative recommendations to achieve business objectives, while also, directly and independently, building new dashboards leveraging Qlikview, SAP BO applications.
Technical Qualifications
Required
* Advanced skills in Dashboard creation and data model optimization in Qlikview. Qlik-specific skills must include:
o Load script development experience: Ability to load data from multiple data sources like Relational DBs, XML, Text etc
o Experience using scripts to transform data for various dashboard requirements
o Advanced knowledge using set analysis & variables
o Experience developing QlikView user interfaces: Creating charts, filter boxes, list boxes, text objects, etc. Ability to apply and customize formatting using style sheets
o Familiarity with section access
* Extensive data modeling experience
* Extensive Experience in creating SAP BO Universes and Web Intelligence Reports
* Advanced skills in Universe optimizations, query performance tuning, context based Web Intelligence reports.
* 10 years of Development experience in Business Intelligence technologies SAP BO, Qlikview etc with 3-4 years of exposure in analytics.
Preferred
* QlikView: QV server administration experience and f amiliarity with QV management console
* QlikSense: Experience optimizing data architecture and data libraries for specific use in QlikSense
* Qlik NPrinting: Ability to build new reporting solutions leveraging NPrinting application
* Mobile: Technical understanding of mobile delivery strategies
* Prior experience devising and instituting predictive analytical frameworks
* Ability to update and write SQL code required to extract data from source systems
* Previous experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, etc.)
* SAP Xcelsius/Dashboard Design
