Job OverviewPlan, design, implement and support Qualcomm global VoIP infrastructure.

.Support network comprised of Cisco Unified Communications

.Evaluate and implement new technologies.

.Perform upgrades, new installations, enhancements and configuration changes as needed.

.Monitor daily operations; troubleshoot problems, and performance tuning.

.Adhere to corporate change management policies and practices.

.Work on cross department and function projects.

.Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.

.Be a great team player and be capable of managing vendor relationships.

.On-call responsibilities.

.Provide creativity and technical leadership.

Minimum QualificationsSkills/Experience:

Minimum four to six years of experience in a large heterogeneous environment

In-depth and Hands on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager environments including, UCS servers, TMS, Telepresence Servers, MGCP, SCCP, H323 controlled gateways, Client Services Framework, Expressway, CUBE and Unity Connection

In-depth and Hands on experience with Cisco Collaboration products including, MeetingPlace, Telepresence, and Mobile/Desktop applications

Sound understanding and experience with complex telephony dial plans, call routing, ISDN PRI T1/E1's, VoIP trunking (H323 and SIP)

Experience with network services like DNS, DHCP, Radius, TACACS, SNMP, LDAP and SMTP

Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, HTTPS, TFTP, FTP, SFTP

Experience working in IT operations environment implementation and/or VoIP system implementation

Technical proficiency is required in maintaining and operating server equipment and associated services and applications

Have working experience in troubleshooting issues with Vendors

Good team player, capable of leading projects

Great verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and excellent documentation skills
