The ideal candidate should be comfortable in an agile environment. Candidates should have demonstrated development support skills, as well as soft skills. + Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in application development
+ Experience in Coding PL1 or COBOL, DB2 and JCL
+ Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
+ Experience with leading development teams through everyday project tasks
+ Experience with collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams to deliver a project
+ Experience with Databases and having good knowledge of database
