The Program Manager position reports to the Vice President of Global Real Estate & Workplace Enablement India. The Program Manager will manage the projects/Strategies associated with GREWE India. Supporting senior management with successful implementation of strategies / projects while engaging cross functional teams
• Managing portfolio data, including budgets and special Global & Regional projects.
• Developing and implementing of innovative metrics to manage the portfolio as well as to improve the efficiency of operations & services
• Establishing standardized tasks, processes and reports to become company standards
•Collaborating with Global & Regional teams and ensuring qualitative & timely execution of Dashboards & Reports for Senior Leadership
• Analyze feedback received on services offered by GREWE through various channels and ensure action plans prepared for the same
• Work closely with GREWE Finance organization to prepare required financial analysis and strategies
• Developing and managing senior management presentations
• Developing and Identifying areas of improvement.
• Managing and driving change initiatives across the organization while independently working with consultants and partners of American Express
• Re-engineering processes where necessary
• Communicating effectively amongst the global team, senior management with in GREWE and across organization.
• Developing a hands-on Functional knowledge of the portfolio in scope Coordinating with Business, Business leaders/Partners and external partners for successful implementation of project.

• Bachelors degree / Post Graduate degree with management
• 8-10 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, or as a consultant with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment Strong interpersonal ,collaborative and analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
• Advanced computer skills possessing the ability to analyze data
• Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills
• Experience in matrix management organization.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, transport & facilities management accounting and building systems
• Demonstrates ability to develop successful relationships with and influence customers, both internal and external
