**Description -**

+ · Owner of database update on a weekly and monthly basis for Revenues, Shipment, Channel Inventory and Sell through

+ · Responsible of weekly sell through and shipments report, prepare the Business update pack for sell through waterfall

+ · Maintain reseller/wholesaler database for Sell Through weekly and Quarterly

+ · Proactively identify issues and proposes solutions to key stakeholders

+ · In charge of quarterly ARU analysis at regional or WW level, by Product Category; be able to highlight trend, deviation

+ · Support Qlikview development process and provide data input to Qlikview owner as needed

+ · Generate reports, dashboards to provide a view of KPI, work Grey Marketing analysis to identify country level pricing differences and GM areas.

Education and Experience Required:

• Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or Master in Computer Application (MCA) related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred

• 5+ years as a business analyst

• Experience in Marketing Resource Management (MRM) or Customer Knowledge Management (CRM) applications; statistics background a plus

**Knowledge and Skills Required:**

+ Strong competency in Microsoft Office packages - Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

+ Intermediate VBA automation skills

+ Intermediate skills on any relational database, SQL querying

+ Hands on experience and outstanding skills in working with large amounts of data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity at each stage

+ Excellence in visual representation of data

+ Good written and oral communication skills

+ In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools

+ Working knowledge of marketing activities and practices and procedures

+ Familiarity with and/or experience in business and marketing strategies

+ Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to manage virtual teams

+ Strong negotiating skills

+ Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines

+ Strong ability to influence/ drive consensus
