**Description**

**Position Purpose** **:**

The HR Generalist advises supervisors and employees regarding HR policies and processes that align and comply with Labor and Works council agreements\.

**Principal Accountabilities** **:**

A\. \(40%\) be the key contact for management and staff regarding HR related questions \(compensation, contracts, salary review, labor law and related measures, onboarding, transfer of personnel\)\. Reinforce awareness of current and new employment Legislation

B\. \(15%\) Support Business HR Leader and help facilitate local Talent Talk sessions and follow up on development actions in collaboration with L&D

C\. \(10%\) Liaise with HR Shared Service Centre to ensure information flow and seamless execution of HR processes e\.g\. Payroll, Pension, Training & Development, and Recruitment

D\. \(10%\) ensure that legal requirements are met at the site

E\. \(5%\) Conduct interviews / Facilitate Selection of key positions in partnership with hiring managers\.

F\. \(5%\) Execute upon collective labor agreements and ensure HR processes are aligned at the local site\.

G\. \(5%\) Coordinate engagement survey and support action planning

H\. \(10%\) Work on Projects as needed in collaboration with L&D and Talent management

B\. Involvement in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees

**Qualifications**

**Job Requirements** **:**

+ University Degree in HR related field \(e\.g\. Business Administration, Law\)

+ Minimum 4 Years Work Experience in HR

+ Computer proficiency with Excel /Word/PowerPoint

+ Proven ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

+ Strong Execution capacity and attention to detail

+ Sound influencing skills

+ Resilience

+ Demonstrated track record in handling multiple priorities simultaneously

+ Analytical Skills and understanding of workflows and their underlying processes

+ Team Orientation, collaborative working style

**Preferred Qualifications** **:**

+ Post\-Graduation in HR or Management

+ Analytical, stake holders management and good interpersonal skills
