This analyst position will provide support for some of the specific programs within the firm-wide Access Management Uplift initiative for Enterprise Access Administration (EAA). EAA’s participation in the Access Management Uplift is focused on reducing Information Security related risk and consists of three primary functions– Risk Analysis and Mitigation Process (RAMP), Knowledge Management and Training, and Integration of new business. The individual will report to a Senior Technology Operations Manager within EAA Management and will be responsible for the coordination, execution and completion of associated projects.

This position may focus on the continued development of standards for the way our policies and procedures are written, as well as continued improvement of tools with a goal of making it easier for users to quickly find the information they need. The scope of the role may encompass understanding the business priorities, assessing & identifying the training needs and measuring effectiveness of the training, as well as hosting global training sessions with Access Administration staff. The individual may be responsible for the implementation and use of practical tools and/or training for employees, conducting research around best practices, and producing written documents/communications that support change efforts.

The scope of this role may also include collaboration with business and technology teams working towards the seamless integration of new access administration services. This position may participate in engagement and due diligence activities with business partners and stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and manageable. Attention to detail is critical to being able to manage a high quality new business integration service for our clients as well as our internal partners.

You should be comfortable with data analytics, business intelligence generation, metrics and reporting, and preparing and presenting presentations to executive management. Strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to implement process improvements across multiple Lines of Businesses are a must.

Responsibilities:

* Execute against the vision, goals and critical success factors for this tower
* Manage multiple projects of differing complexity related to access administration operations for applications, platforms and databases
* Create and utilize project tracking and reporting tools, partnering with business partners to establish project governance and prioritization
* Perform post implementation reviews and evaluate lessons learned to implement best practices and process improvements
* Create and maintain process documents and remediate process gaps.
* Create and maintain detailed knowledgebase and inventory of all processes, workflows, systems supported, staff access, and more.
* Create or coordinate the review and editing of business use cases, procedures, process maps, and any other required documentation to help ensure clear, concise, accurate, and grammatically correct documents
* Work with business process owners to facilitate the review and approval of standard operating procedures
* Assess needs, identify gaps and develop and implement training plans
* Host training across a global operations team
* Write and revise standard operating procedures, maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all documentation
* Assess training effectiveness and design of metrics to support assessment
* Identify and implement IT operational risk management strategies

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Technical writing or a related field preferred, but not required;
* Minimum of 1-3 years of Project Management or related experience preferred, but not required
* Minimum of 1-3 years of Business Analysis or related experience preferred, but not required
* Familiarity with IT risk management framework and control self-assessment process
* SharePoint or website development a plus
