*Job Responsibilities*
* Maintaining Financial and AM level data according to client request in Property Management Software which includes responsibilities from setting up a new property to disposition/Deactivate.
* Uploading currency data, journal, budgets etc (Multiple data formats) on a regular basis into Property Management Software (Bulk Data Import).
* Providing Property Management software help desk support which includes troubleshooting all the modules (CM, AP and GL) for 130 end users (Financial Software Application Support) and maintaining helpdesk tracker on a regular basis.
* Maintaining the security settings in Property Management software for users and liaise with Netsource team on New/Delete Id request or Password reset requests.
* Closing period for all modules in Property Management Software (CM, AP and GL) on regular basis and also should be having knowledge on reopening year-end period for GL.
* Responsible for data consistency checking and modification across the systems (Like. Iportal, MRI, YARDI, Argus software etc).
* Understand various real estate related reports and Creating/ modifying financial or AM reports/statements using Property Management software as requested by end user.
* Updating Property Management software database which involves using T-SQL or equivalent query and also needs to have in-dept knowledge in table/menu etc.
* Managing Returns process in Property Management software which requires knowledge on Returns calculation or IRR at a property level and have to liaise with Finance team on the same to refresh the database.
* Communicate with Onshore team regularly to manage their expectations and deliverables.
* Maintaining, timely updation of SOP’s, Technical documents, FRD’s etc.
Essential Skills sets & Experience --
Education: MCA / BE / BTech / MBA - IT with good academic background.
Experience: MCA / BE / BTech / MBA - IT with 6 years post qualification experience coming from Real Estate/ Asset management/ Infrastructure domains.
Skill sets:
* Proficient in MRI software or YARDI Voyager Commercial, Multifamily & Investment suite, MS SQL 2005 or above, MS Access, MS Excel – Advance macros.
* Good understanding of the Real Estate and Marine domain concepts.
* Trouble shooting capabilities in Property Management Software, MS SQL, Advance Excel and MS Access.
* Strong interest in real estate and high attention to detail.
* Exposure to any financial reporting tool or modeling.
* Good to have knowledge on Fund structure and Quick Base.
* Well-developed written and quantitative analytic skills.
* Should be self-motivated and take the ownership.
* Analytical bend of mind with a keen eye for detail.
* Problem solving skills, Strong partnership skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in client facing roles.
