We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
**Job Summary**
AECOM has been selected as the program management consultant for a prestigious building project in Lucknow. As a result, we are seeking highly skilled project management professionals in the capacity of **Team Leader** to deliver the project on timely basis to the client.
Potential candidates should have following experience and knowledge:-
+ All the review and implementation activities required as a Team Leader
+ Monitoring Project and certifying IPCs
+ Overall construction supervision activities including all construction activities and coordination for process invoices.
+ Checking Contract Drawings & Revise if required using MX Road.
+ Undertaking project site visits, guide contractors, reporting client.
+ Quality control testing monitoring leading a group of technical people.Minutes of meeting conduct & Reporting to Client.
+ Submitting Monthly Project Reports & Quarterly Progress Reports.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Should have at least 15-18 years of experience and have worked in residential/group housing projects.
+ PMC experience in similar kind of project is must with BE/B.Tech (Civil) background.
+ Proven skills in challenging assignment as project management consultant.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Post graduate degree in engineering.
+ Working experience as a team leader or project manager for well know organization .
+ Strong communication skills.
