**Global Account Manager, Implementations**
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Global Account Manager looking to join the growing client technology market.
The Global Account Manager would be responsible for implementing global client relationships and achieving all client and BCD Travel goals until a permanent Global account Manager is assigned. Related tasks will include global implementations, communications, quality service, preferred vendor maximization and further more for assigned client portfolio.
To step into this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of agent facing technology, operational processes and client facing technology.
**Your responsibilities**
+ Implementing global client relationships and achieving all client and BCD Travel goals,in the case of new business implementation, until a permanent Global Account Manager is assigned
+ Assist with formulation and managing global business plans with the client
+ Responsible for contract management and understanding the terms of the contracts
+ Oversight of the deployment of selected OBTs in the countries designated by the client
+ Assist with development of strategic support for client suppliers
+ Assist with development of overall customer care plans and reporting
+ Ownership of overall service delivery strategy, program improvements, policy development and client reviews
+ Report global implementation activities to Senior Director Global Account Management
· Support AM Methodology for program evaluation
· Agree and ensure adherence to overall contract
· Assist with development of sales strategy for non-participating countries
Ensure the client's goal targets measure success for financial, sales, and service
**We’re looking for you if your profile matches the following**
+ Business travel industry knowledge
+ Solid experience of business travel processes
+ Strong knowledge of GDS, Online Booking Tools, Mid and Back office systems
+ Project management and Account Management experience
+ Management experience
+ Excellent organization skills
+ Result Focus
+ Professional written and verbal communication skills (English)
+ Capable to deal with changes
+ Word, Excel, Power Point
+ Six Sigma or PMP familiarization
+ Travel is required 30 – 50%, including some weekends
