SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Procurement Compliance Analyst supports supply chain operations by producing and analyzing reporting on major initiatives and providing oversight of the entire procurement process; ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Applies knowledge of end-to-end procurement, logistic and distribution processes, standards and troubleshooting protocols • Leverages acquired skills and techniques for addressing equipment or systems performance issues • Applies experience and/or skills acquired through formal training to procedures, policies and understanding of team objectives • Anticipates problems and recognizes when to deviate from standard practices • Develops knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts of professional field • Develops information gathering, research and analysis skills • Selects appropriate alternatives from defined options • Applies basic knowledge of asset purchasing, planning, and management processes • Executes procurement transactions and resolves related issues • Applies general application and systems knowledge • Executes basic logistics processes • Inputs product numbers and other required information into ERP system. • Works on technical problems / issues of moderate complex scope within defined procedures and practices Education and Background EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Internships and/or 0-2 years of related experience - Quantitative analysis skills; including a working proficiency in Access, DBMS - Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, business, analytical, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills Ability to work independently on assigned accountabilities and tasks - Ability to identify process failures and implement solutions.
