The Team

In this role, you'll be part of the CSG PMO team in Bangalore\. Will be responsible to manage hardware and software programs for the Enterprise Group in Cisco\. Role will involve managing the project execution spanning with functional teams across globe\. Delivering the Project/Product to customer in achievable short time\-frame meeting the program goals, ensuring quality, meeting the budget is the key to success in the role\. We are looking for motivated Program Manager contribute to the development of our next generation products\.

Role & Responsibilities

\- Work with engineering teams to identify the steps required to deliver complex solutions with quality

\- Program Manage complex projects/programs in networking technology involving cross functional teams such as Hardware, Software, Test, Mechanical/Thermal, Compliance, Manufacturing etc\. Track multiple project tasks to proactively anticipate problems, while always maintaining a solution orientation and a well\-balanced perspective around risks and escalations

\- Maintain an up to date project plan that can be referenced at any time\. Manage program budget\. Develop complete and well thought out execution plans that incorporate sound contingency planning and risk assessments\. Lead meetings to resolve conflicts, facilitate decision making, and drive timely execution\. Collaboratively interface with external teams to obtain mutual wins

\- Work with management to develop complex plans with considerable inter\-dependencies, including contingency plans for dealing with potential or anticipated obstacles and changes

\- Keep goals and schedules highly visible in the organization to ensure that individuals and teams are driven to high levels of productivity\. Offer support in areas outside of one's own expertise at times to help a project succeed

\- Having background of complex hardware system based designs is a plus\. Project lead/management experience with Multi\-core/Network processor based hardware systems, multi\-card based system solution, system knowledge involving Mechanical/Thermal solutions, EMI/EMC, Safety, Hardware compliance tests are desirable

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering \(Electronis/CS\)

Overall 6\-8 Years of Experience including 2\-3 yrs\. of experience in Program management

PMP/Scrum master certification will be a plus
