Skills/Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree

• Expertise in iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS3, and other mobile frameworks/accelerators

• Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems and mobile technologies

• Experience with mobile analytics

• Demonstrated deployments of enterprise or consumer\-facing mobile software systems using industry standard environments including iOS, Android, PhoneGap \(Apache Cordova\), and Windows Phone

• Experience with Objective\-C, Java, HTML5/JS/CSS3

• Experience overseeing team members

• A thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, iOS, Android, and enterprise in mobile application integration

• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

• Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

• Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management \(MDM\) solutions

Key Responsibilities

The Mobile Application Architect will be responsible for:

• Defining the overall technical architecture for the mobile application that is envisioned with the customer

• Defining the technical requirements for the implementation of the mobile solution

• Discussing technical aspects of the mobile application solution architecture, including the technology used, methodology followed, and devices selected with the customer

• Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations for the customer

• Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re\-usable assets, Industry\.solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice

• Experienced in designing and developing mobile sdk and integrating mobile apps with web\-services and external APIs

• Understanding of mobile security protocols, analytics and social channel integration\.

• Understanding various non\-functional aspects in mobile application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc\.

• Responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of mobile solutions and technologies

• Deliver mobile platform and architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices

• Design overall solutions and individual applications

• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team\-oriented environment

• Develop and document detailed architectures for mobile solutions on iOS, Android, and Windows phone/tablet and Hybrid platforms

• Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise mobile solutions

• Lead and mentor development teams

• Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and UX teams

• Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Will be responsible for the overall architecture and design of an end\-to\-end mobility solution, accommodating 25K to 100K users in the first year, and implementing that solution into a complex and security\-in\-depth environment\.

• Will describe the architecture in conceptual, logical, and physical diagrams using products such as MS Visio

• Will communicate that architecture to customer Architectural Working Groups, Configuration Control Boards, and senior management

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree

• 2\+ years experience in mobility solution architecture, design, integration, deployment, and operations including the following components:

o Mobile Device Management \(MDM\)

o Mobile Application Management \(MAM\)

o Secure Container \(PKE, FIPS 140\-2\)

o Mobile Applications Store \(MAS\)

• Experience architecting and integrating backend business systems such as email, calendar, contacts with mobility solutions

• Experience with network and security architectures and topologies including routers and switches, reverse proxies, firewalls, load balancers, SSL accelerators

• Experience with a wide variety of mobile devices and platforms including iOS, Android, Windows 8, BlackBerry, tablets and smartphones

• Experience in large Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments, with understanding of ActiveSync and complex, multi\-forested AD environments

Required Skills/Certifications:

• Proven ability to multi\-task with assigned projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision

• Take ownership of an issue and work closely with the customer and internal support groups to diagnose the issue and find resolution quickly and accurately

• Demonstrated superior customer service even under tight deadlines and conditions of critical urgency

• Excellent communication skills, listening to a customer's issues, formulating decisive resolutions

• Provided technical knowledge sharing with team members through documentation and presentations

Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems i\.e\. Windows 2008 Server, Windows XP, Windows 7

• 5\+ years of Information Technology, LAN Administration, and Telecommunications experience

• Experience with ODBC compliant database systems i\.e\. MS SQL

• Working knowledge of the internet and in the use of various internet protocols i\.e\. HTTP, FTP

• Technical expertise of firewalls, proxies, software distribution, network infrastructures, IP addressing and SSL certificates

• Technical wireless data communications experience i\.e\. GPRS, EDGE, EVDO, 1xRTT

• DNS Configuration

• IP routing concepts

• Firewall and DMZ configuration and / or troubleshooting

• VPN and other security related concepts

• Technical training experience via webinar and live presentations

• One or more of the following certifications is preferred: CCNA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA Security

• Knowledge of Mobility STIGs and security impacts is highly desirable\.
