We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.
**Job Summary**
AECOM is providing services for urban development project with specific smart infrastructure project plans for Visakhapatnam (Vizag) Smart City in Andhra Pradesh, India. This represents a significant step forward towards achieving Vizag’s goal of becoming a smart city with integrated infrastructure planning.
We are actively looking for an AutoCAD Engineer for Vizag smart city project. The responsibilities for this role shall include but not be limited to the following:
+ Responsible for printing drawings and maintaining record of drawings and data
+ Create AutoCAD data as per requirement of the project.
+ Finalizing the layer structure and table structure for all CAD purpose
+ Responsible for correctness of data in all respects as per the specification given.
+ Preparation of civil detailing for water/wastewater utility operation or similar facility in AutoCAD
+ Prepare utility drawings using AutoCAD for potable water, recycle water, wastewater and drainage network
+ Preparation of as built drawings for all the utilities.
+ To take responsibility and capable of achieving the deadlines / targets.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Diploma in CAD with 05 years of professional experience.
+ Relevant experience in urban infrastructure projects in India or abroad, preferably at city level.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ In depth knowledge of industry practices, codes and standards applicable to infrastructure project.
+ Good communication skills and ability to maintain high work standards.
