**Job Description**
+ Should have expertise across the ecommerce domain, including extensive experience with the Hybris ecommerce platform
+ Should exhibit a strong understanding of Agile (Scrum), Test-Driven Development models, Continuous Integration, Cloud-based architecture, build and deployment utilities,
+ Should be proficient enough to coach, mentor and help build team.
+ You will act as a technical contact person for our developers as well as for our customers
+ Collaborate with business and functional groups to review and analyze the business requirements and functional specifications.
+ Collaborate with other architects and developers to come up with the design and architectural approach for the use cases in the project.
+ Collaborate with system architects, functional groups and other developers to provide estimates for the various initiatives.
+ Should be proficient enough to work on new emerging Mobile development technology on premises and cloud
**Key Deliverables/Duties**
+ Will create and maintain customer-facing e-commerce systems.
+ Should be able to demonstrate your extensive experience as a Java architect.
+ Should know well to integrate with critical business systems including SAP or other ERP solutions and web content management systems.
+ Will make decisions for the implementation of solutions that will have real impact on the business.
+ You will be responsible to provide solutions to complex requirements from our business.
+ Research and staying abreast of current technology trends.
+ Making break fix related changes.
**Qualifications**
**Need to Have :**
+ **Core Java, J2ee, Servlets, JSP, JPA, JMS, JSF, Spring, MVC, Struts, Hybris**
**Nice to Have:**
+ **Hybris with SAP integration, HTML5, Android knowledge, CMS**
+ Making break fix related changes.
+ Overall 10 to 15 years of experience
+ Minimum of 8-10 years J2EE/Java EE experience including Servlets, JSP, JPA, Ajax and JMS
+ Spring experience is a MUST
+ Knowledge of web technologies and new developments/trends in the web development field Experience in technical leadership including the creation of prototypes/proofs of concept, performing code reviews, providing technical coaching
+ An experienced Hybris solution architect/lead with strong implementation experience of the Hybris product
+ An understanding of how to integrate Hybris with a corporate back office fulfillment product like SAP and CMS systems
+ Knowledge of UML and proven experience with the definition and documentation of large web systems and infrastructure
+ Knowledge of Software Design Patterns
+ Experience with Hybris accelerators and preferably with Hybris upgrade from earlier version to 5.1
+ Practical experience with Hybris web services.
+ Goal driven, process oriented and performing to established Service Level agreements
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a global perspective.
+ Ability to manage issues with a varied level of complexity.
+ Ability to find solutions within a diverse, global IT environment.

+ Direct experience with deployments.
+ Continuous integration experience, ie Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
+ Familiar with cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure, etc)
