**Job Summary:**
This position is for Senior AEM developer\. This position is expected to develop/support AEM websites across the company\. He should be working with the various function group of company and develop required solution using the technology\.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ability to analyze project requests, define project requirements, and then design/develop/test/implement/support technical solutions\.
+ Write new application or make modifications to existing applications
+ Develops software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to industry standards and software best practice guidelines\.
+ Essential day\-to\-day responsibilities include performing coding assignments, unit testing, ensuring development standards are being followed, analyzing functional specifications, producing technical specifications and unit testing scripts, and participating in team code reviews and impact assessments\.
+ Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work\.
+ Work with vendors and other internal system groups\.
+ Recommends solutions for software enhancements\.
+ Other duties will include; Production support and subsequent defect research, assistance in technical and/or system documentation may be needed to aid support teams\.
+ Review work of peers and junior developers\.
+ Provides technical guidance and coaching to more junior team members
+ Collaborate to US team in overlapping time\.
**Key Competencies:\-**
+ Experience: 3\-6 Years of Adobe CQ \(5\.0 and above\)\.
+ Hands on experience in building and deploying enterprise level Web Content Management solutions on Adobe CQ 5\.0 or above using CRXDE Lite\.
+ Hands on experience in building and deploying enterprise level Web Content Management solutions on Adobe CQ 5\.5 or above using Eclipse and MultiModule\-Content\-Package\-Archetype CQ Maven Project structure\.
+ Well versed working with various modules of WCM like Digital Asset Management \(DAM\), Multi Site Manager \(MSM\), Social Collaboration \(SoCo\), Tagging, Marketing Campaign Management \(MCM\), Replication Agents etc \.
+ Hands on experience with Java, custom taglibs, OSGI services/components, custom Workflows, Templates and components, CRX oriented data model using Adobe CQ
+ Experience in working with enterprise search, Analytics, Personalization
+ Automation of the deployment using Maven, Jenkins and/or Eclipse
+ Experience in Designing, Architecting and estimating projects\.
+ Experience in content management \(authoring, publishing content etc\.\)
+ Java/J2EE experience and exposure to a variety of frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
+ Proficient in UI technologies HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, \(JQuery\), CSS, and Responsive CSS
+ Experience in Jenkins Builds, Apache, Eclipse
+ Good experience is required on JSP, JSTL , Servlets, Ajax , XML, Jquery and JSON web technologies\.
+ Experience on RESTFUL and SOAP based web services
** Good to Have: **
+ Experience in AEM 6 knowledge and experience
+ Experience in Adobe products would be an added advantage \(e\.g\. Site catalyst\)
+ Experience in CQ administration \(User Administration, Security, and configuration\)
+ Experience in designing multichannel distribution & social channels
+ Knowledge of source control like TFS
+ Microsoft SQL server\.
+ Amazon web service
+ Experience in Mobile technologies and environment like iOS/Windows
+ Experience in Ecommerce/Digital Marketing technologies
**Other skill:\-**
+ Individual should come from a structured development environment and possess a good understanding of development processes \(SDLC\) and practices
+ Should have good oral and written communication\.
