**Description**
*_1. Position Objectives_**:***
• To achieve the revenue and profit targets for Medical OEM business for the assigned territory.
• To develop new businesses within assigned territory and grow existing account**
• To ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines with regard to products, procedures and operations.
*2._Key Responsibilities_**:***
*_Business_*
• New business: Concentrate on business development activities by focusing on medical device manufacturers, drug manufacturers. In addition, identify potential diagnostic markets. All the activities should lead to ensure a rich funnel of potential new businesses.
• Key Account Management: Maintain current Key Accounts within assigned territory and continuously introducing new products to expand business share within key accounts.
• Develop and execute short and long term tactical sales plans and account plans for assigned territory
• Align with global strategy to commercialize Pall differentiated product and/or strategic products in assigned markets as market opportunities presents.
• Liaise with Regulatory and Quality to ensure information is provided to customers accurately.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing, new investment within the region and potentials.**
