team responsible for these applications is distributed, with staff both in
Cambridge, MA and Bangalore, India. The team works on automating the
workflows for various departments in the enterprise. By creating a common

About the Job

As Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will work in a global environment and
provide significant individual contribution to the enterprise application
integration efforts. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end
to end. You will come up with innovative solutions for business problems and
will coordinate with the business, development and quality assurance teams to
implement them successfully.

Responsibilities

1. Liaison among stakeholders to analyze, prioritize, communicate and validate
requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information
systems.

2. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the
requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve
its goals.

3. Create comprehensive, accurate business and functional requirements and
present them clearly to the management and stakeholders. Keep the business
requirements for the application updated over time.

4. Work with Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Teams to
ensure timely delivery of a high-quality overall solution that meets business
requirements

5. Develop an in-depth understanding of applications, understand the data model
and its mapping to the various business processes.

6. Be adaptive and responsive. Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks. Be
productive quickly in a newenvironment that is fast-paced. Learn new processes
and multiple technologies. "Roll up your sleeves" and do what needs
to be done in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Sciences/Systems Management or equivalent
experience

* Overall Work Experience: 4 - 7 years

* Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar BSA roles for
CRM/enterprise-class systems

* Extensive experience writing business requirements, functional requirements,
test cases.

* Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with understanding / providing
technical solutions for business problems.

* Good knowledge and experience with SDLC and business process

* Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, QA teams on
delivering new systems functionality and troubleshooting issues, in an
organized and timely manner.

* Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders on mapping out and
improving business processes and system usability, prioritization and conflict
resolution.

* Proven ability to independently deliver on projects, also juggling multiple
tasks.

* Skilled use of Microsoft Office presentation, analysis and reporting tools,
particularly Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Experience working with Services & Support organizations

* PMP Certification
