* Provide implementation and customizations within Fusion HCM and Taleo Learn domains.

Enthusiasm and passion for building next-gen enterprise apps-- In-depth
knowledge and experience with one or more of the following languages:
SQL, PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, Shell Scripts
-- 6 months to 4.5 years IT experience in developing, supporting and implementing ERP/CRM/BI applications (preferably Oracle)

Good communication (English), organizational and interpersonal skills--
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Ability to present ideas in business & user friendly language--
Ability to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as
independently
-- Ability to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones

Graduate / Post Graduate(B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech. / MCA) from
reputed universities with an aggregate score of 70% and above.

structures and schemas, flexfields, concurrent managers, custom object
