Position Description Overview
Should have 5 years working experience on core network . Perform a wide range of network administration duties including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for Cisco, Juniper, Citrix network high end equipment. Network Performance Tuning, LAN , WAN , Voice Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick Study Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor. Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls. Firmware upgrade , incident management , change management
Job Responsibilities
* Installs, maintains and assists in the design of the enterprise network to meet the functional objectives of the business. Develops, designs, documents, tests and supports PBX telecommunications systems in a multi-switch environment. Designs and programs voice mail, dialing plans, and inter-switch networking. Installs and maintains telecommunication systems and equipment in addition to troubleshooting any type of hardware or software problems to ensure that systems perform in a manner which meets business/client’s needs and objectives. Evaluates tests and integrates new networking technologies. Assists in design and implementation of new connectivity. Involved with the network infrastructure, and the planning and design of enterprise local-area/wide-area network (LAN/WAN) solutions. Performs additional job duties as required.

Job Requirements
* 4 yrs of related IT experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Has moderate knowledge in functions they support. General understanding of business issues.
