**Role Summary:**
Participates in projects for Sales Operations. Works closely with project leader, process owners and impacted functions to identify simplification, growth opportunities and develop and implement optimized solutions. Responsible for process design, mapping, assessment, and documentation. Implements reporting mechanisms and tools. Develops training material and runs training of employees. Rolls out tools and implements serialization functionalities and sets standard processes.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
1. Leading and being responsible for projects – targeting for improvements and simplification across the organization
2. Work with process owners to identify simplification and growth opportunities for the OTR organization
3. develop business cases
4. Work with process owners and all impacted functions to develop and implement optimized solution
5. Develop project strategy and plan
6. Set up and assess milestones
7. Manage the assigned projects.
8. Control the business case and track budget
9. Set up training material
10. Induction and training of employees
11. Project controlling and coordination
12. Program testing and documentation
13. Set up/implement regularly and ad hoc Reports
14. Develop sufficient reporting
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
Required Qualifications:
1. Economics, commercial or IT background
2. Min. 3 years experience working in projects in areas of operations, supply chain, IT subjects within complex organisations
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/local language
4. Analytical and planning skills
5. Comprehensive Project management skills and experiences
6. External focus, entrepreneurial thinker: having the view on the broader picture
7. Ability to find added value solutions for customers
8. Excellent presentation skills
9. High computer skills: Excel, MS-Office, Oracle
